    Your signed 2019 MidWinter Advance Registration forms are due upon arrival, at check-in.

    The MidWinter Advance-2019 registration cost is currently: $120.00 per registrant.
    A $35.00 per registrant deposit is required to hold each spot.
  • How do we reserve spots for a MidWinter Advance weekend? Topic:interest
    Securing reservations for your group is as simple as filling out our Online Group/Church Pre-Registration Sign-Up form and sending in your deposit.
    Upon receipt, we will send you an email confirming your group's registration. (You can always contact the Registrar, directly, through our online contact system.)

    Yes! Simply secure your group's reservation by filling out the Online Group/Church Pre-Registration Sign-Up form for EACH weekend you would like to attend.
